My Story
Hello! I am a Californian now living in Wisconsin (hello winter and snow!), I'm a new mom, I've transitioned my career a handful of times, I am a certified professional coach, who is passionate and dedicated to helping empower women to find what brings them joy in life.
My career has been a roller coaster from working at a bakery to a prestigious design firm in San Francisco, to a start-up website, to being an entrepreneur and starting my own business. The one reoccurring theme has always been my passion to help people, which led me to leave the corporate 9-5 behind and pursue the next season in my career as a personal development coach; it brings me joy, daily inspiration, and fulfills my desire to help others find their passion and their joys in life. I’ve been drawn to working with women who are in a moment of change, a season in their life that is on the cusp of transition but often feel overwhelmed by “where do I start”, “what once worked for me, isn’t working for me now”, “I don’t know what I want but this isn’t it”. I get it, I was there and sometimes still have those thoughts. I am a work in progress and view my life as an opportunity for growth and learning, and always seeking to learn more. I find that I gravitate towards these types of people and we learn so much from each other.

There is no one answer in coaching and there is no quick fix, I promise I am not selling you one. I am here for you to help you find what drives you, what makes you excited to get out of bed in the morning, to help you overcome challenges and fears that are holding you back. I will be your biggest cheerleader, and to guide you to what brings you the most joy in life. I am a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC and focus on Core Energy Coaching™: goes much deeper into uncovering inner blind spots and cultivate new perspectives, which support individual success on a sustainable level. You will be empowered to dig deeply, honestly, and objectively into your energy and mental programming to really assess who you are and whom you want to become.

I am also an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, who is certified to give you an ELI assessment that gauges how a person approaches and reacts to different circumstances and experiences by producing a combined numerical value of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energy. This single factor, the Average Resonating Level of Energy (ARL), is a strong indicator of success in various aspects of work and life, representing the average of all your energy levels — under both normal and stressful conditions.
